LESHRON HERBAL PRODUCTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LESHRON website, placing an order, or purchasing LESHRON products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Checkout Safety Disclaimer, and Product Label Safety Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Product Information

  • LESHRON Herbal products are natural wellness supports and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, nor replace prescribed medications or professional medical advice.

  • Product descriptions, images, and information are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, variations in color, dosage, and appearance may occur.

  • Children 12 years and above may only take LESHRON Balanced Blend. Other products are not recommended for children.

  • If you have both diabetes and high blood pressure, use ONLY LESHRON Heart Guard. Do not combine LESHRON products unless advised by a healthcare professional.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed online via our website. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and understood the Checkout Safety Disclaimer.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, PayPal, Stripe.

  • Optional: Interac e-Transfer may be accepted for orders within Canada if enabled on the website.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Liquid products: Only available for pick-up locally in Edmonton. No delivery.

  • Powder products: Available for local and international delivery.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided, but LESHRON is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or customs procedures.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • LESHRON products are perishable herbal wellness products; therefore, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • Customers must report issues within 7 days of receipt, with photo or video evidence, to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and may take up to 10 business days.

6. Usage & Safety

  • Follow the instructions provided with each product.

  • Monitor blood sugar and/or blood pressure if combining LESHRON products with prescribed medications.

  • Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.

  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition.

  • Keep products out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • LESHRON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • All purchases are at the customer’s own risk. Results may vary depending on individual health, lifestyle, and adherence to instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the LESHRON website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of LESHRON and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of LESHRON products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta, Canada.​

10. Changes to Terms

  • LESHRON reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.

  • Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
